By scheduling or receiving services from Pure Crystal Cleaning, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please review them carefully before booking or continuing service.

2. Scope of Services

We provide residential, commercial, and vacation-rental cleaning services using eco-friendly products. Each cleaning includes only the tasks outlined in your chosen service package unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Scheduling & Access

  • Clients must provide accurate address and access details.
  • Missed appointments due to lack of access may result in a service fee.
  • Arrival windows are typically 30–60 minutes to allow for traffic or prior job delays.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are based on the size, condition, and service type requested.
  • Payments are due at the time of service, unless otherwise arranged.
  • Accepted methods: cash, card, or digital payment via approved processors (e.g., Square, Jobber).

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a $50 fee.
  • If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours for review or a re-clean.

6. Liability & Limitations

  • We carry general liability insurance and bonding.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose fixtures, or valuables left unsecured.
  • Clients are encouraged to store fragile or irreplaceable items before cleaning.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If something was missed, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll schedule a complimentary touch-up cleaning of the affected area.

8. Service Modifications

Pure Crystal Cleaning reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue services and pricing at any time. Changes will be reflected on our website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
